Our work is built on trust inside people’s homes. We treat your information the same way we treat your belongings — with care, and only as much handling as the job needs.
What we collect
Only what you choose to type into our forms — your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your situation. Nothing is collected behind the scenes.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to help with your project. That’s it. We never sell your information, never share it for advertising, and never add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
Where it goes
When you press send, your message is delivered to us as an email by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Your details aren’t stored on this website itself.
What stays on your device
If you fill in a longer form, your answers save automatically in your own browser so you can leave and come back. They stay on your device and are only sent to us when you press send.
Cookies & tracking
No advertising cookies. No trackers. If we ever add simple visit counting, we’ll use a privacy-respecting tool that doesn’t identify you — and we’ll say so here.
Your choices
- Prefer not to use forms at all? Just call us: 604-741-9839.
- Want something you sent us deleted? Ask, and we’ll delete it.
- Questions? Email tricia@rightsizingsolutions.ca — a real person reads it.
